Why support local brands?
We have more and more local brands in the Czech Republic. It's great that we can get such a range of things from local creators and don't have to turn to multinational chains. Yes, we will pay a slightly higher price, but the good feeling from the purchase is priceless . I myself like to shop at small (and not only) Czech brands. Why prefer shopping with local brands? And which are my favorites?
Advantages of buying from Czech creators
- You know who you're buying from . Is it a family business, an enthusiastic designer or a mom who earns extra money for maternity leave?
- You know where your money ends up . You support the economy in our country. You support retail and small entrepreneurs. The same cannot be said about purchases in large chains.
- You receive joy, you give joy . You are excited about a beautiful thing that a Czech creator made by himself or with a small team. The seller is excited about each purchase, because it allows him to continue his beloved work.
- You know where and under what conditions the goods were made. You are not contributing to modern day slavery, child labor and exploitation of workers in third world countries. When buying from multinational chains, you can't avoid it.
- You know you can expect great customer service. Do you have questions? Do you need to make any adjustments to the product? Did something go wrong? The seller will probably be nice and quick to communicate with you. He will try to accommodate you and solve any problem to your satisfaction.
